A Standout in Agriculture, Leadership and Learning
Australian Training Company (ATC) is proud to celebrate Annie-Maree, who has recently been named both the 2026 NSW State School-Based Apprentice and Trainee of the Year and the NSW/ACT Apprentice Employment Network School-Based Trainee of the Year.

A Year 12 student at Ulladulla High School, Annie-Maree has combined her school studies with a Certificate III in Agriculture and a Certificate III in Business, gaining valuable hands-on experience on farms and remote cattle stations. Her achievements extend well beyond the workplace, with outstanding contributions to youth leadership, First Nations initiatives and rural communities.
As 2026 School Captain, a youth advocate and co-creator of her school’s Pathways to Purpose program, Annie-Maree is passionate about helping young people reconnect with education and creating opportunities for rural and remote communities.
Her determination, leadership and commitment to learning demonstrate the opportunities that school-based
traineeships can provide. With plans to continue working in agriculture in the Northern Territory while studying Communications and Media, Annie-Maree hopes to share the stories of rural Australia and give a voice to the people and communities that make it special.
ATC is incredibly proud to have supported Annie Maree journey and looks forward to seeing all that you achieve in the future.
