Training Mode of Delivery
Classroom Learning: Our Training Centre is located at Homebush with small classes for dedicated and individualised support. Some students participate in a traineeship by attending classes and combine this with employment based learning. ATC regularly conduct classes from other sites where possible.
Online or Distance Learning: ATC utilise an online assessment platform providing students with learning material, assessments and regular support from your assessor.
Enrolment Process Overview
The following is background information to assist you in understanding the enrolment process.
✅ Student applies to enrol
On our Resources page you will find the Enrolment paperwork required to commence a course at Australian Training Company.
The Resources page also includes important information that students must be aware of prior to enrolment such as: Fees, Refund Policy; Privacy Policy; USI requirements; Consumer Protection Policy and Support Services.
✅ Check performed for government subsidised program eligibility
With your permission ATC are required to notify the relevant government department of your details and your request to enrol in a subsidised program. The Enrolment paperwork includes information on this consent.
✅ Induction
ATC will then send you an email concerning your Course Induction. Included in this email will be information on the provision of ID Documents, USI requirements and an Initial Skills Assessment you will need to submit. Your enrolment cannot be approved until these are completed.
This will take place prior to course commencement. Your trainer will conduct the induction and go through all the course requirements and resources available to you as the student. This may include unit selection and RPL where applicable.
✅ Training plans
A Training Plan will be developed that confirms the content of your course and the dates that assignments are due. All parties to the course/traineeship are required to sign this document.
