Australian Training Company has an excellent opportunity available to applicants that have a genuine interest in either commencing or completing their apprenticeship in Certificate III Roof Plumbing. A great opportunity to learn a trade from a qualified industry tradesperson in the north and south areas of Brisbane and Gold Coast
Apprentices would be involved in learning various hand tools and equipment, Operating / working at heights, installing roof drainage components and external flashings & installing various roof sheeting profiles. This apprenticeship will provide you with the opportunity to earn while you learn, working Monday to Friday.
We are looking for candidates who are committed and enthusiastic about commencing or recommencing an apprenticeship in Roof Plumbing and who possess the following skills and attributes:
- Great attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity
- High level of motivation,
- The ability to follow instructions
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Possess good time management skills
- Car and Licence Required
- Must be an Australian Citizen or have Permanent Residency
The successful applicant must be available for immediate start. This position is full time (38 hours per week). Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply, with relevant training provided. Successful applicants’ will be paid under the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award 2020.
Those with qualifications of Certificate III or above (including university graduates) need not apply.
