1st Year Carpentry Apprentice – Certificate III Carpentry
About the Role
Australian Training Company is seeking motivated applicants wanting to build a long-term career in the construction industry through a Certificate III Carpentry Apprenticeship.
This opportunity is for a 1st Year Apprentice Carpenter working with a construction company based in Brisbane and operating across the Greater Brisbane region.
What You’ll Learn
As an apprentice carpenter, you will gain practical experience in:
- Setting out
- Constructing wall and ceiling frames
- Pitched roofs and eaves
- External stairs
- Flooring systems
- Installing windows and doors
Experience using hand and power tools is advantageous but not essential.
About You
The successful applicant will:
- Be eager to learn and hardworking
- Be punctual and reliable
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be physically fit and motivated
- Understand Workplace Health & Safety requirements
- Hold a White Card
- Have a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Hold full working rights in Australia
