Aged Care Workers provide person-centered support to people who many require support due to ageing or other reasons. This involves assisting with their daily activities and personal tasks, such as eating, showering, dressing, tidying and cleaning.
An important aspect of Aged Care Workers is to arrange and facilitate activities designed to enhance the wellbeing of their clients. From games and gardening to reading and gentle exercise, Aged Care Workers help to ensure their clients are cared for, happy and connected.
