Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Boilermaker) Apprenticeship – Ingleburn
Australian Training Company (ATC) has a 4 year apprenticeship Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Heavy) available with our host employer at Ingleburn. Would suit a recent school leaver who is interested in working with steel and welding. Previous metal engineering at school will be highly regarded. This small family run business for over 45 years is looking for a keen and motivated person wanting to pursue a career in Metal Fabrication. The company in Ingleburn produce many products for use in the Rail system in NSW. They design, manufacture and install many infrastructure parts including road and rail signaling gantries, masts, posts, brackets, precast bases, elevated platforms, structural steel, pipeline support brackets and bollards.
Duties include but are not limited to: Welding, Grinding, Measuring, Drawing, Cutting, Bending and much more.
To be successful for this apprenticeship you must: be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, be keen to become an Engineering Fabricator, be willing to attend TAFE, be reliable and enthusiastic and be able to get to Ingleburn for a 6am or 7am start, have a mechanical mind, ability to follow instructions and to learn new skills.
