Early Childhood Education – X2 Traineeships

We are searching for two motivated and passionate individuals to support an Early Childhood Education Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in early childhood education! Positions Available:

• Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care Trainee
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Trainee

Certificate III Position:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and programs.
• Support children in their daily routines, including meals and playtime.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children.
• Observe and document children’s progress and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Must have, or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team-work skills.

Diploma Position:

Key Responsibilities

• Support the lead educators in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions.
• Observe and document children’s progress and development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members.

Requirements:

• Completed a Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Must have, or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team-work skills.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
