About the Role

If you are a recent school leaver with customer service experience this could be the opportunity to change your career path and develop your administration skills and gain a Certificate III qualification.


Complete customer service and admin duties, meet deadlines and learn about the vast product line. First few weeks will start in the warehouse to gain the product knowledge. You will then work in the onsite retail outlet and office.


This is a full time (38 hours per week) entry level position. You will be working Monday to Friday.

  • Answering phone and email enquiries
  • Completing customer orders
  • Liaising with the warehouse and retail outlet
  • Data entry
  • Updating and maintaining records


Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years customer service experience highly valued
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and enthusiastic
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail



  • No Training costs
  • 12-month or 24-month fixed-term contract
  • Complete a Certificate III or IV in Business
  • You will be given time in work hours to focus on your studies
