We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Trainee to join a reputable team as a Customer Service Officer based at their head office in Castle Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in Business Administration, while making a meaningful contribution to the community.

This is a full time (38 hours per week) entry level position. You will be working Monday to Friday.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Support the team with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
