STEPS FOR JOB SEEKERS

  1. Complete and send your application/resume to your local
    ATC office.
  2. Attend a pre-screen interview at your local ATC office
  3. If suitable at pre-screen, the ATC will refer your resume to a number of employers.
  4. You then attend a job interview with a prospective employer.
  5. If successful, you will then commence your traineeship/apprenticeship.

Employment as a trainee or apprentice through ATC gives you:

  • Security – as the ATC is the legal employer entitlements such as annual leave, superannuation and workers compensation are managed by the ATC
  • Industry Experience – 12-48 months of industry relevant experience in your traineeship or apprenticeship;
  • On site visits and support from an experienced Account Manager throughout your traineeship or apprenticeship
  • Paid employment
  • Receipt of a nationally recognised qualification
  • Possible progression and/or ongoing employment at the end of your traineeship/apprenticeship.
