Benefits to you (the trainee/apprentice)

Employment as a trainee or apprentice through ATC gives you:

Security – as the ATC is the legal employer entitlements such as annual leave, superannuation and workers compensation are managed by the ATC
Industry Experience – 12-48 months of industry relevant experience in your traineeship or apprenticeship;
On site visits and support from an experienced Account Manager throughout your traineeship or apprenticeship
Paid employment
Receipt of a nationally recognised qualification
Possible progression and/or ongoing employment at the end of your traineeship/apprenticeship.
