Employing a trainee or apprentice through the ATC gives you:

  • Security – ATC is the legal employer and bears all associated costs and responsibilities; including annual leave, superannuation and workers compensation;
  • Support – The ATC will visit you and your trainee/apprentice every six weeks to offer support and guidance throughout the traineeship/apprenticeship.
  • Training Provision – Your Account Manager will arrange all your employees on and off the job training; and
  • Time Saving – no administration required. The ATC will complete all the necessary paperwork and liaise with all Government bodies to register your trainee/apprentice.

RECRUITMENT SERVICE

ATC can provide a free recruitment service for your organisation. Our Account Managers will pre-screen applicants to determine a shortlist of suitable candidates.
